At Motion Chiropractic, we are committed to simple and transparent care. We do not bill or accept insurance.

Is chiropractic care safe for my kids?

Absolutely! We use specialized, extremely gentle techniques specifically designed for growing bodies—from tiny newborns to active teenagers.

Can I receive care while I’m pregnant?

Yes, chiropractic is a wonderful support during pregnancy. We focus on gentle adjustments that help your body adapt to changes, ensuring both you and baby stay comfortable.

How often will we need to come in?

Every family is unique. We’ll suggest a schedule that fits your specific needs, whether you're seeking relief from a recent issue or looking for long-term wellness support.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Comfort is key! We recommend wearing loose-fitting or stretchy clothing that allows you to move easily during your adjustment.

How long do appointments usually take?

The first visit is about 40 minutes so we can be thorough. Follow-up visits are efficient and easy to fit into a busy family schedule, typically taking 15 to 20 minutes.

Are X-rays always needed?

Not always. We evaluate every person individually and only recommend X-ray referrals if they are clinically necessary to ensure we provide the safest and most effective care.
